The Opportunity

As Head of Digital PR at MediaVision you will collaborate closely with our Content and SEO teams to deliver brilliant work for a range of ambitious brands.

You will own the overall Digital PR proposition, as a channel expert and vision leader. A key focus here is introducing automation where possible and

ensuring our technology is market leading.

Responsible for line management of the Digital PR team, leading on team performance and individual growth and development. Ensuring that client channel targets are delivered, and to the highest standard.

You'll consistently researching new products and strategies in the digital PR space, to feed into client strategy and development plans, with both current and potential clients, to ensure that up and cross sell opportunities are maximised.

We are looking for someone who's hands-on with a strong work ethic, a collaborative team player with a natural curiosity. You'll be passionate about the ever evolving Search space, keeping ahead of industry trends, practices and developments - using data, and search and insight tools to support and steer campaigns to achieve the best results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on 2-3 premium clients, defining strategy and ensuring KPIs are met
  • Accountable for client targets being met within client patch, supporting client management team with any issues around delivery, resolve problems, ensure
  • objectives are understood and met, and facilitate approvals when required
  • Set and oversee quality standards in team
  • Day-to-day support to Digital PR team for work related issues, or technical
  • Responsible for running monthly and bi-annual 121 reviews with team, with accountability for skills and knowledge development across the team and
    individual career progression
  • Develop and deliver PR Training to own team and wider business
  • Accountable for the quality of the PR proposition to new business prospects, including ensuring the PR strategy and plan fits the brief and is correctly costed
    from a delivery perspective
  • Accountable for ensuring that pitch deadlines are met in collaboration with client management team
  • As an integral member of the management team, you’ll be required to report on your team and client performance on a weekly basis, including how you are inspiring thought leadership and product excellence.

About You

  • Proven commercial experience as Head of Digital PR, or an experienced Digital PR Lead who’s ready to take the next step in their career - you could be thriving in a digital agency environment already, or in-house with a well-known brand but now looking to work across multiple clients
  • Highly experienced in leading digital PR campaigns, from ideation to execution
  • Able to show a portfolio of campaigns that have been featured in high domain authority sites
  • A minimum of 12 months experience running a small team
  • Familiar with software and tools such as Buzzstream, Cision, Copyscape, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Majestic.
