As a strategic client lead you have accountability for the development and management of all MediaVision’s client relationships both existing and new business prospects.

A Senior Management position within the agency accountable for the teams day to day interaction with clients and the delivery of all output including line management for the product teams aligned to clients.

Client Performance and relationship

Responsible for the client’s strategy and performance. This will include regular reviews and strategic recommendations to make sure we are constantly evolving, testing and learning and ensuring that we are using all our capabilities to drive performance.

You will be responsible for the client relationship and all of the output from the agency. This includes the line management of the product delivery team and the prioritisation of work depending on the client requirement.

It is essential that you have a working knowledge of all the capabilities we offer clients and importantly how we integrate and measure those capabilities to deliver growth.

By working with our clients and keeping abreast of new digital marketing innovations you will need to bring fresh thinking to the MediaVision proposition.

Team and Resourcing

Accountable for the allocation and optimisation of the resourcing on clients. This includes the monthly and weekly reporting and reconciliation of hours.

The line management of the product delivery team is a key part of the role ensuring we are delivering against client expectations and in line with our contracted SOW resourcing commitments. Support by the delivery management team to optimise agency performance.

Accountable for agreeing and implementing the communication cadence with the client, and how to and when to involve the delivery product team in line with the client classification. This also includes the use of technology and the format for reporting updates.

Working with the Product Leads ensuring we have the very best talent in the agency and that we are constantly developing the team’s capabilities.

Attracting and pipelining talent in partnership with the product lead combining the client requirement with the product capability.


Accountable for a revenue target which will be built based on a combination of the SOW’s agreed with the client. There will also be a stretch target for upsell and cross sell that will be mutually agreed based on the potential opportunity within the client portfolio.

New Business

Accountable for leading new business pitches as the SCL. Leading the pitch team and the creation of the pitch presentation. Managing the product deliver teams to deliver inspiring, growth focused proposals. This will be done with the product leads support and the Exec Sponsor. The Product leaders are accountable for the quality of the thinking and proposition to new business prospects.

You will be accountable for the creation and updating of the SOW and the commercial proposal for new business prospects including the signing off of the performance targets.

You will also be accountable for the transition of new business into the business, owning the transition plan and set up process and making sure the product delivery team are clear on actions. This will be supported by the BD team.


You will be an integral member of the management team and be required to report on each client’s performance on a weekly basis including how we are inspiring thought leadership and strategic direction as well as commercial accountability.

You will work closely with the Account Director who will take overall accountability for the client relationship and the strength of this partnership is a critical part of the role.
