We have been expanding rapidly, wining new clients, hiring new experts, and building new technology.

We now need a Head of People to help the leadership team ensure this growth is sustainable, that as an organisation we positively contribute to the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and that our people strategy reflects our ambitions to better represent the communities we work within.

Main Accountabilities:

To own the overall people strategy, ensuring that the business is doing everything it can to enable colleagues to do their best work individually and collectively. Representing this part of the company roadmap as part of the leadership team.

To lead the delivery of a people development plan ensuring everyone has relevant personal objectives, training plans and smart objectives. Working with the Client and Product leadership to ensure the plan is implemented.

To be accountable for organisational planning including helping the leadership team scope out future roles and structures, taking responsibility for the process of sourcing (direct and via third parties), and the hiring of new talent into the business, and building a meaningful onboarding process to ensure colleagues can make a difference as soon as possible.

To actively build a stronger employer brand for the business and to help the Product Leadership team to establish and nurture freelance talent pools.

To ensure the business has robust people and staff welfare programmes and policies in line with any legal requirements and best in class standards.

To work alongside our volunteer Culture Group to ensure we are building a high performance and caring company culture.

To actively support our ambitions for the company to better reflect the communities we work within from a Diversity and Inclusion perspective.

To be an integral member of the management team and be required to report the health and wellbeing of the organisation.
