What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our growing team here at MediaVision, ideally with 3+ years’ experience, main roles and responsibilities below:
Our Paid Media team is relentlessly focused on improving our clients performance. We invest our clients budget as if it were our own, with a focus of improving conversion rates, conversions, revenue, leads, ROI, ROAS and CPLs at all times. We’re looking for someone who is able to execute our tried and tested strategies and methodologies, as well as bring their own knowledge and expertise to the mix. You will have complete autonomy (with our full support) to work on the accounts, proactively suggest changes/initiatives and execute our award winning strategies across Paid Media channels with the objective of achieving and exceeding targets, at all times.
Paid Search is at the core of our Paid Media offering, along with Shopping and Display. We have a number of tried & tested methodologies, strategies and processes which guarantee maximum success across Google & Bing Ads. We work with a range of clients and budgets, across a number of sectors and industries. We’re looking for a Google & Bing Ads expert, who is happy to autonomously take control manage a number of our key accounts.
Paid Social is hugely influential to the success of our clients. We create and execute prospecting, retargeting and retention campaigns for our clients across Paid Social channels which generate tangible, measurable results.
This is an essential part of the role, therefore we require someone who has extensive experience in creating, optimising and reporting on Paid Social campaigns with a range of budgets (small to large), KPI’s (leads, revenue, new customers, ROI) and requirements. Some of our retailers require constant ad copy changes and campaign launches due to rapid expansion and growth, so being able to organise, schedule and execute these appropriately is key.
Communication is key to our success, especially during current circumstances where many of us are all still working from home. We see ourselves as extensions of our clients in-house teams, and therefore act and communicate accordingly. We’re fortunate to work with some amazing individuals client side, who we communicate with by Teams & Zoom, as well as ASANA (our task management system), weekly calls, reports and (hopefully soon) monthly & quarterly meetings where we go through performance together in more detail. Clear, honest and proactive communication is a key part of this role, both internally (within our teams) as well as with our clients.
